Here's the blah blah that we have to have on the site to comply with Australian law:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
But we want you to be completely confident that there is no risk in buying from us, so we're going to make it really simple:
If you've bought something from us and you're not completely happy with it for any reason, return it for a full refund, including the cost of returning it. All we ask is that you contact us first so that we can agree on a shipping method back to us.
The only exception to this is if a part was ordered on special order for you. Nothing listed on the web site is considered a special order part. Special order parts are of course covered by the same statutory rights that you would expect but can not be returned for any other reason.
